My boyfriend and I stopped by Supermac's & Papa John's Ballinrobe location this afternoon and our experience was lovely. We had a look at the menu, decided on one of the Meal Specials and ordered with Olivier. He was such a nice staff member and went the extra mile to make our first time trying this fast food restaurant extra special. The pizza is delicious and the temperature and quality of the food is perfect🙌💯Thank you❤️

Hello, I visited your establishment today and was disappointed. I understand that my English isn't very good, but I spent 10 minutes trying to explain that we wanted to add more chicken to the lunch box meal, as it says on your menu for 1€ per piece. I even pointed with my finger to what you wrote. We tried to ask how much we could add at most, and they told us 2 for 3€ per piece. We agreed, but in the end they just added a snack box meal, which we didn't expect at all.
